| Abstrakt: | Adsorbed water molecules which promote the methanol oxidation reaction (MOR) at PtRu alloy electrode are clearly detected by in-situ FTIR spectroscopy with the attenuated total reflection configuration, which directly supports the bi-functional mechanism for the MOR. |
