| Abstrakt: |
This short report offerssolutions for three common clinical problems. Based on their experience, the authors suggest using a “spoon” type partial denture for the temporary replacement of maxillary anterior teeth. The denture is unique in that it has no clasps and does not contact the marginal gingiva. Also, conventional posterior curets have been modified by lengthening the shanks 5 mm while retaining the original dimensions of the working tip in order to reach relatively inaccessible areas more easily. Finally, to increase the utility of Orban knives in making primary inverse bevel flap incisions, the blade has been lengthened by 5 mm. |
