Abstrakt: Hypotension poses a diagnostic challenge to emergency physicians who often have to exclude life-threatening conditions, make correct diagnosis and institute timely treatment. Management of the supine hypotensive syndrome and the use of emergency bedside ultrasound in evaluating hypotensive patients were discussed.
