| Abstrakt: | We describe the results from a theoretical and experimental study of the effect of spectral recording nonlinearity in a joint transform correlator that occurs during recognition of multiple identical patterns within an input image. The experiments use an operating prototype of the correlator with a liquid-crystal input device. |
