Abstrakt: •Immunoprophylaxis+chemotherapy (RvChMw) group reduced CFU as compare to other study groups entire study period.•MIP alone and Mw in with combination with chemotherapy found effective to induce CXCL12 chemokine expression at different time points.•The expression of CXCL12 is associated with good response to anti-tubercular treatment.
