| Abstrakt: | Severe malnutrition of young dairy calves during the first winter of their lives led to signs of deficiency of vitamin A in some, vitamin D in others and of both vitamins in yet others. Consideration of the different clinical responses illustrates the importance of considering as much evidence as possible before reaching a diagnosis of a specific state of deficiency. |
