| Abstrakt: |
The paper arises out of a collaborative project to investigate fishery management problems from the point of view of control engineering. A first stage of the investigation was to use software for Computer Aided Design of Control Systems, in the form of a linear quadratic design package (CTRL-C) in conjunction with a simulation package (SIMNON), to explore the quality of achievable performance under linear regulation. This application of CADCS proved to be a useful first stage of the project. |
