| Abstrakt: | Malignant schwannoma rarely occurs in the retroperitoneal space. We report the second case of a malignant schwannoma presenting with clinical and radiographic findings suggesting a renal cell carcinoma. Electron microscopy was required to identify accurately the tissue type. |
