| Abstrakt: |
A patient with carcinoma arising in a urethral diverticulum and adenocarcinoma of the bladder is described. This rare presentation of carcinoma of the urethra is discussed and the literature is reviewed. Aggressive management, consisting of anterior exenteration and urinary diversion, is recommended for all advanced lesions of the urethra. |
