| Abstrakt: | Introduction of large bore nephrostomy catheters following percutaneous nephrolithotomy occasionally is difficult owing to buckling of the catheter. We describe an alternative method for insertion of these catheters that relies only on the materials at hand during the percutaneous nephrolithotomy. |
