Abstrakt: We describe a case of dehisced corneal penetrating keratoplasty after trauma in the setting of a previously placed posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) using a glued scleral tunnel fixation technique. After trauma, the IOL remained centrally fixated in the posterior chamber with the haptics intact, theoretically providing stability to the eye. The benefits of glued scleral fixation of IOLs are discussed.
