•CO2solubility in aqueous sodium salt of l-phenylalanine is measured.•Aqueous solution of sodium salt of l-phenylalanine has very high CO2loading.•Modified Kent-Eisenberg model is utilized to predict the CO2loading.•An artificial nerual network is developed to predict the CO2loading. |
