Technical Report No. 4 was prepared by the Availability of Daylight Panel of the IES Technical Committee, and published in September 1962. The members of this Panel were Dr R. G. Hopkinson (Chairman), H. E. Bellchambers, J. Longmore, A. Pott, W. Robinson, J. M. Waldram and H. C. Weston; P. Petherbridge and H. L. Gloag also assisted in the early stages of the work. A discussion on the Report was held at a meeting of the Society in London on Tuesday, November 27, 1962. The President of the Society was in the Chair, and the Report was introduced briefly by Dr R. G. Hopkinson, Chairman of the Panel. |
