| Abstrakt: | A former intravenous drug abuser who developed pulmonary talc granulomatosis of the interstitial type is presented. Both the long latent period between cessation of his abuse and the development of his symptoms, and the dramatic response to corticosteroids contribute to the uniqueness of this case. |
