Abstrakt: Anal canal tumors are rare but increasing in frequency. Squamous cell carcinoma is the most frequent malignancy and human papilloma virus infection plays a key role in premalignant lesions and cancer development. Histologic findings include large pale eosinophilic squamous cells with or without areas of keratinization with CK5/6, CK 13/19, and p63 expression by immunohistochemistry.
