| Abstrakt: | The compounds Cd4GeS6and Cd4GeSe6and solid solutions Cd4Ge(S1‐xSex)6 are prepared by heating stoichiometric mixtures of Ge, S, Se, CdS and CdSe to 1070‐1125 K. Crystals are obtained by chemical transport employing iodine as the transportation agent. |
