| Abstrakt: | The hypereosinophilia syndrome with cardiac involvement, as an incidental autopsy finding in a 50-yr-old male, is reported. A review of the literature on the clinical manifestations, pathologic findings, differential diagnosis, associated conditions, pathogenesis of the cardiac involvement, and the role of palliative treatment is presented. |
