Abstrakt: Preparation of 6-endoand 6-exo-acetoxy-2-methylisoquinuclidine methiodides are described. Muscarinic assay data are reported. Neither of the compounds showed activity when compared to acetylcholine and 3-acetoxyquinuclidine methiodide.
