Abstrakt:	The fungus-inhibiting properties of a series of amides of dichloroacetaldehyde and bromal were studied. Three of the compounds showed antifungal activity when subjected to tests with Aspergillus nigerand Tricboderma viride. Terminal chlorine atoms appeared to be a factor in enhancing the antifungal activity.
