Abstrakt: Conditions for the synthesis of α-PbO2layers on silica surfaces by successive ionic layer deposition were determined. These layers were studied by X-ray spectral microanalysis, X-ray diffraction, IR Fourier spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and ellipsometry.
