In this paper, we describe a checklist for the implementation of a collaborative model for conducting field-based research. The purpose of this checklist is to provide assistance to university personnel interested in implementing quantitative single subject research investigations in field-based settings with classroom teachers, practicum students, or related services personnel implementing the intervention and assisting in data collection. Specifically, this checklist is designed to be used with personnel who may or may not have a history of implementing research or an understanding of experimental control. We describe the rationale for the development of this checklist and offer practical suggestions that may result in positive, collaborative research experience. |
