Critical phenomena in finite-size binary liquid mixtures with reduced geometry

Abstrakt: Correlation characteristics in finite-size binary systems are studied by the Munster method. Using some spatial approximations the first iterations for the direct and the pair correlation functions of scalar order parameter fluctuations near the critical point are found for finite-size systems with geometry of a cylinder. Formulae for the shift of the critical temperature are obtained. The received results are discussed in the terms of scaling theory.
