| Abstrakt: | The single accessory reproductive gland of female A. aegypti consists of 15-20 cells which surround extracellular cavities linked to a cuticular duct by small cuticle-lined canals. The size of the gland increases during oögenesis and abruptly decreases at oviposition. |
