Abstrakt: We study interlayer Josephson coupling in the vortex solid state below the irreversibility line of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ. The rapid decrease of the resonance field with decreasing Tbelow the irreversibility line is shown to be due to the nonequilibrium property of strongly anisotropic vortex system in the layered material.
