Abstrakt: AOP processes (Advanced Oxidation processes) are presently used as an alternative to traditional methods for removing of persistent pollutants from wastewater. Article is focused on removal of phenol from wastewater by using UV photodegradation. As a source of UV light medium pressure mercury lamp with output 400W is used. The aim of article is to perform hazard analysis in work with UV photoreactor by HAZOP method, eliminate risks in working with this equipment and propose corrective measures to improve quality of health and safety during work.
