Abstrakt: In two patients, a 52-year-old woman with chronic lymphocytic leukemia and a 71-year-old woman with malignant lymphoma, lymphocytic neoplasia infiltrated the lacrimal sac, obstructed the lacrimal drainage system, and resulted in acute or chronic dacryocystitis. The prognosis of lymphocytic neoplasia is sufficiently good that definitive treatment is usually warranted. Both patients benefitted from dacryocystorhinostomy with placement of silicone tubing in concert with management of the neoplasia and hemoglobin level.
