| Abstrakt: |
A number of procedures are available for correction of ectropion of the punctum. The lazy T technique1is valuable in overcoming this condition because it allows the surgeon to correct the deformity with horizontal and rotary adjustments. Its disadvantages are the possibility of damage to the inferior canaliculus and the need for conjunctival sutures that may cause discomfort even when tied on the surface of the skin. |
