Abstrakt: ABSTRACTGrowth and Baker's characteristics of S. cerevisiae yeast on medium with corn starch enzyme hydrolizate “Syrodex” was studied. Cells needs of nitrogen and phosphorus ions were investigated, as well. Is shown, when “Syrodex” is used, cells requirements of N and P for growth and better qualities of baker's yeast are increased. In this process, N and P amounts were higher comparing them with industrial one using molasses.
