| Abstrakt: |
The workability of the phenomenon of electroosmosis in membrane separation has been demonstrated. This novel technique shows a favourable perspective for separation of liquid mixtures, the components of which possess a large difference in their dielectric constants. It is also found that the separation of benzene increases as the benzene concentration in the feed solution decreases. |
