According to the definition, objectives, and functions of the health care system, the performance of the system has been evaluated from the three aspects: effectiveness, equity, and efficiency. By replacement analysis and analytic hierarchy process, the model has been constructed. Considering the raw data and omitting life expectancy at birth and obesity rate, we find that some indicators are affected by the policy factor. Health care system in the United States has been compared with other countries which have different level by using the iteration model. The value of the evaluation function in the four countries is different, and the results show that the health care system in United States is the best among the four countries. |
