The 21st century is the century of ocean. The ocean as terminal receptor is bearing grim pollution with the new round development of marine economy. As a late-mode of environmental management, Marine ecological compensation (MEC) is gradually drawing attention all over the world, and theoretical research and practice exploration are actively carrying out. This paper briefly discusses the development of MEC at home and abroad, and analyzes the current situation and the existing problem of MEC. Meanwhile, this paper presents a feasible way to improve our country's MEC system through the financial, tax, government management, law and market. |
