Abstrakt: AbstractThe headspace volatile compounds of the flowers of Clitoria fairchildianaR. A. Howard, Brunfelsia nitidaBenth. and Crinum oliganthumUrban were analysed by solid-phase microextraction coupled with capillary gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. A total of 12, 16 and 13 compounds were identified in the flowers of C. fairchildiana, B. nitidaand C.oliganthum, respectively. Monoterpene hydrocarbons and oxygenated monoterpenes were clearly dominant, accounting for over 96.5 and 82.3 % of the total volatiles in B. nitida, C. oliganthumflowers, respectively; while C. fairchildianawas rich in sesquiterpenes (96.8 %). Major constituents were linalol (93.6 %) in B. nitida, geraniol (32.6 %), (E)-β-ocimene (20.6 %) and an unknown compound (14.7 %) in C. oliganthum, and germacrene D (46.7 %) in C. fairchildianaflowers.
