NEW DIRECTOR OF MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH DIVISION Dr. Edwin F. Daily, assistant director of the maternal and child health division of the Children's Bureau, has been appointed director. Dr. Daily, a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 1929, was formerly on the staff of the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the School of Medicine, Division of Biological Sciences, University of Chicago. He will be in charge of the administration of the maternal and child health provisions of the Social Security Act. CHANGES IN PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE The U. S. Public Health Service announces the following changes, among others:Medical Director Dana E.
