| Abstrakt: | A 3-year-old boy had three episodes of erythema nodosum-like lesions that were initially thought to be associated with a granulomatous process. They were later found to be due to acute granulocytic leukemia, with histologic evidence of leukemic cells in the cutaneous lesions. |
