| Abstrakt: |
ABSTRACTA numerical technique for process optimisation applied to the deep drawing of sheet metals is proposed in this paper. This technique is based on the combination of an optimisation algorithm and a finite element method. The optimisation algorithm is based on a gradient method containing a sensitivity analysis and allows to optimise process parameters in order to obtain a final product with the desired shape. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed approach. |
