ABSTRACTIn the MacPolicy project at the free universities of Brussel, a variant of the Delphi method is used as a starting point for a group decision support system. This paper highlights (1) how this Delphi variant for policy development research was previously used in a pen-and-paper version and (2) how these concepts are implemented and elaborated in a structured discussion over a computer network. Closing paragraph focusses on the from- described-GDSS-environment-derived computer supported cooperative work-project. |
