Abstrakt: Weber-Christian disease is the eponymous designation of an idiopathic, relapsing, febrile, nodular, and nonsuppurative panniculitis. The presence of leukoagglutinins in the absence of a transfusion history and the peculiar response to intradermal injection of an autologous buffy coat tend to support the contention that this disease may constitute merely a histiologically specific, hyperergic response.
