Abstrakt: The harmonization of worldwide pharmaceutical labeling is an objective of significant medical, social, and commercial importance. The perception and impact of the presentation of the safety profile of a product is influenced by several factors, including language, local culture, medical practice, availability of alternative therapies, variation in regulatory approval policies, and so forth. These and other problems must be addressed and resolved before safety labeling can be truly harmonized.
