By establishing the high-tech industry competitiveness evaluation index system, we apply the factor analysis and cluster analysis methods to evaluation and analysis on high-tech industry competitiveness in East China of six provinces and one city. The result shows that the comprehensive score of Fujian stands at the lower level in the whole country, but the efficiency ability, innovation and effect ability factors rank up the average level. So we suggest that Government should adjust the industrial and regional structure, develop the high-tech industry branding and standardized and so on to promote the development of the high-tech industry and then improve its competitiveness in Fujian. |
