Abstrakt: These volumes can resolve troublesome problems that are not addressed by the Windows manual and are beyond users' long-distance telephone budgets. They also contain large collections of free and shareware programs and printed documentation for them. Someone who has purchased the first Secrets volume and updated to Windows 3.1 will probably not need the 3.1 edition.
