Eighteen compounds unknown in the literature, NEstilbenyloxyalkylcarbonyl and NEstilbenyloxyalkylcarbonylaminoalkylcarbonylsubstituted hydrazones of 2, 3 and 4pyridinecarboxaldehydes have been prepared. The stereochemical behavior of these compounds in dimethyld6sulfoxide solution has been studied by 1Hnmr technique. The Egeometrical isomers and cisltransamide conformers have been found for Nsubstitutedhydrazones 1–16. |
