In the reaction of methyl E,Z22benzoyl2ethoxycarbonyl1ethenylamino3dimethylaminopropenoate 1 with heteroarylhydrazines 2in ethanol in the presence of catalytic amounts of hydrochloric acid two types of products were formed: methyl 22benzoyl2ethoxycarbonyl1ethenylamino3heteroarylhydrazonopropanoates 4in 7386 yield and 1heteroaryl4ethoxycarbony3phenylpyrazoles 5in 516 yield. |
