| Abstrakt: |
This paper traces the origins of the principal factory legislation affecting foundries and shows how British Standard Specifications amplify legislative provisions. It demonstrates some of the more apparent anomalies which exist in some of the regulations and makes a case for consolidation of foundry legislation. The paper concludes with tentative suggestions for improving the effectiveness of accident prevention organisation. |
