Conclusions The results of measurements of the radiation environment and the activity of the technological surrounds correspond in the main to the design values. The level of radiation in the servicing and semiservicing compartments of the reactor does not exceed the regulation values and is determined by the ? activity of the primary and secondary circuit coolants. The intravessel shield of the intermediate heat exchangers effectively attenuates the neutron radiation, which reduces the activity of the coolant in them and ensures free servicing of the secondary circuit plant. The experimental data obtained could be used for designing the radiation shielding of fast sodium reactors and for testing numerical methods and programs. |
