Particles are converted to a molten or highly plastic state in plasma coatings, which are widely used for these reasons, but there are substantial disadvantages in such coatings because of the high porosity and poor adhesion to the substrate. These shortcomings have been overcome by laser treatment with Kvant-12 and Kvant-16 equipments. The materials were Cr3C2 PG-10K-01, and PN77Kh15S3R2, as well as powders based on aluminum and aluminum oxide, while the material for the underlayer was PT-NA-01. The coatings have been formed on steels 08kp and 60Kh3G8N8V and on D16T alloy. |
