| Abstrakt: | N-Trialkylsilyl- and N-trialkoxysilyl-2-aminoethanethiols were obtained by reaction of aziridine with trialkylsilyl- and trialkoxysilylalkanethiols or 1-(2-trialkylsilylethyl)aziridines with aliphatic and aromatic thiols. |
