The effect of Zr, Mg, and Mn oxides on the activity and selectivity of Fischer-Tropsch catalysts prepared under mild conditions by supporting cobalt carbonyl (SiO2, SiO2-Al2O3, and ?-Al2O3) is studied. The activating action of the additives is caused by their reaction with the support and depends significantly on its nature. |
