Abstrakt: 1.New binuclear complexes C6H6Cr(CO)2PPh2C5H4Mn(CO)3 (III) and C6H6Cr(CO)2PPh2CH2C5-H4 Mn(CO)3 (IV) were synthesized and characterized.2.Complexes (III) and (IV) are protonated in acid media at the chromium atom. The protons of the p-benzene ligand of these complexes in deuteroacetic acid are exchanged by deuterium with similar rates at at a rate 1.6 times slower than in C6H6Cr(CO)2PPh3.3.The differences in the basicity of the organometallic phosphine ligands of the chromium p-benzenedicarbonyl complexes do not affect the properties and reactivities of these complexes.
