| Abstrakt: | We have observed and studied the aggregation of cation vacancies in irradiated single crjrstals of magnesium oxide containing hydroxyl ions, using EPR, TSL, and optical spectroscopy. The appearance of V centers that have an anomalously high thermal stability has been demonstrated. |
