Electronic effects of substituents in organylethynyltrichlorosilanes and organylethynyltrichlorogermanes

Abstrakt:	1.The trichlorosilyl and trichlorogermyl groups in molecules of organylethynyl- and organylvinyltrichlorosilanes and germanes appreciably change their dipole moments, which leads to high values of integral intensities of IR bands of stretching vibrations of the C=C, Csp-H, and C=C groups.2.The effective, inductive, and resonance constants of the Cl3Si and Cl3Ge groups were calculated.
